Sales on customized or personalized items are final. If you receive your item/items damaged, please contact me within three (3) days of receiving your order and provide me with a picture of the damaged item for insurance purposes. I will work on getting a new item out to you as soon as possible. I cannot be responsible for carrier damage but we do package all of our items well to try and prevent them from being damaged as much as possible. There will be ABSOLUTELY no refunds or exchange for items once they leave my shop unless they are damaged upon arrival. DO NOT leave cup in hot cars or in direct sunlight for extended hours at a time. Please handle with care as these cups are very fragile if dropped. Every cup is hand made with lots of love and hours of dedication. All people have imperfections which make us all unique and so do the cups I make. I try my very best to keep a clean work area but we all know glitter has a mind of its own. As hard as I try to keep it under control you may find a stray piece of glitter somewhere in your cup. Just know that piece of glitter loves you and wanted to go home with you. Every single cup I make will look different and unique. It is literally impossible for me to create the exact same cup twice.
